Brickstone Financial transformed its online presence to better serve women and blended families. Research showed these groups were underserved in the financial industry. Empathetic and impactful website content was developed to meet their needs. A cohesive visual identity, including a logo and color palette, was created to convey warmth, trust, and empowerment. To reduce friction for potential customer engagement, an online scheduling system was added, allowing clients to easily book appointments and consultations. These efforts ensured that Brickstone Financial could build meaningful connections with their target audience, ultimately strengthening the brand’s relationship with its customers.
